This policy explains how Pure Skin Health ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you claim your refer-a-friend offer or use this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide.
What we collect
When you claim your refer-a-friend offer we collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. We also record the date you signed up and basic technical information (such as your IP address) to help prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your introductory offer, on the basis of the consent you give when you sign up. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. When you first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are stored on your device, though Google still receives an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies that help us recognise return visits. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page performance without cookies and without identifying you.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored securely using our database and email providers (Supabase and Resend). Access is limited to Pure Skin Health and our website provider, Kelso Creative.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can email us to be removed at once. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
